Kids Mental Health Foundation Rebrand

Transforming a campaign into an organizational brand

Context: The Foundation began as the “On Our Sleeves” campaign but needed to evolve into a standalone organization with its own identity and strategic positioning.

My Role: I led the creative strategy and brand development, responsible for:

  • Defining the organization’s visual identity

  • Developing brand guidelines and systems

  • Aligning stakeholders across the hospital and foundation

Approach: The new identity created a scalable brand architecture that supported the organization’s long-term growth and national expansion.

Outcome: The rebrand established the Foundation as a distinct organization while maintaining the equity of the original campaign.
