5K For Kids’ Mental Health
Signature fundraising event and integrated campaign
Context
The Kids Mental Health Foundation’s annual 5K serves as the organization’s largest community-driven fundraising event. The campaign needed to engage multiple audiences—including families, corporate sponsors, runners, and community partners—while strengthening the Foundation’s national brand visibility.
My Role
I served as creative lead for the campaign, responsible for:
Developing the campaign’s creative direction
Leading the design of all campaign assets
Collaborating with internal teams and partners including the Columbus Crew
Ensuring brand cohesion across digital, print, experiential, and partnership activations
Approach: The campaign was designed as an integrated ecosystem, extending the brand across paid media, social content, event experiences, and sponsor activations. Visual storytelling and consistent messaging helped connect participants to the mission of supporting kids’ mental health.
Outcome: The campaign significantly expanded engagement and brand visibility while supporting the Foundation’s mission through community participation and fundraising.
